SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
ORDERS & SHIPPING:
All products purchased from THESPLEAF.COM will be dispatched via UPS. Our Service is an internationally tracked door-to-door service requiring signatures to ensure our packages arrive.
ORDERING PROCESS:
Select the products you wish to order and continue to the checkout Process.
On the checkout page, enter the relevant information as prompted and confirm your order. Please ensure that you have included both a suburb and contactable telephone/mobile and email to be notified of your package delivery date and timer.
Once you have placed your order, the stock will be reserved for 48 hours. If payment has not cleared the pending order will lapse/expire and you will need to place a new order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be emailed confirmation. Please use your order number as your payment reference.
Once the payment has been confirmed, we will update your order status.
You will receive an email notifying you that payment was received and is being processed.
DELIVERY TIMES:
We endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders are shipped on a Tuesday and a Thursday, orders placed after 16:00 pm on a Monday and Wednesday will only be processed the following day.
Depending on country and location your order will be delivered within 6 to 10 working days after dispatch from our location.
Once dispatched you will be notified and updated via UPS services location Progress and delivery date and time.
PARCEL TRACKING:
All items can be tracked via the tracking code online at UPS.COM or via the App.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please ensure the correct shipping address Mobile and email details are provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a physical address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without a signature.
PROOF OF DELIVERY:
By placing an order, you understand and agree that any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address nominated by you to us, shall be conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf (unless otherwise specified).
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are undeliverable. UPS will attempt redelivery, however, should a parcel not be delivered upon redelivery attempt, it will be returned to the closest depo and you will have to arrange collection, you will be notified thereof.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY ITEM THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH, YOU HAVE 48HRS TO NOTIFY US ON RECEIPT OF ITEM/S THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT.
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by THESPLEAF.COM by phone, or email. Any goods sent back without prior consent from THESPLEAF.COM will be sent back at your cost.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach THESPLEAF.COM.
Products have to be completely unopened and also be in their original packaging and all original seals left intact. If on receipt the goods are faulty then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
